Refund policy

We want you to try the Service with peace of mind. Before subscribing you can use the free tools and the preview of the others.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If it is your first payment and you have not used any download, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
• Monthly renewals and periods in which you already used downloads are not refundable, except in case of a billing error.

Extra downloads

Extra downloads ($2.99 USD) are delivered immediately and are not refundable once the file has been downloaded, unless the file is damaged or was not delivered.

Kit documents

Kit documents are generated to fit your room and delivered immediately, so they are not refundable once downloaded, unless the file is damaged or was not delivered.

How to request a refund

Write to sn.acoustics.lab@gmail.com with your account email and order number. Approved refunds are returned to the same payment method through our Merchant of Record.
